The Participation Fee is to be paid in instalments, invoiced the month prior, and due as below:
Deposit (non-refundable): 25% of total Fee, due February 2026
Payment 1: 25% of total Fee, due April 2026
Payment 2: 25% of total Fee, due July 2026
Payment 3: 25% of total Fee, due October 2026
