Improving Pinot Noir quality through shifting berry size in the winery
Join us for a tasting and research presentation by Dr. Stewart Field and Jonathan Guild (NMIT) on shifting Pinot Noir berry size in the winery and its effect on wine quality. Developed from the Pinot Noir programme, Stewart and Jonathan will present wines from Marlborough and Martinborough based on applied berry size management in the winery. Information from this tasting will be used to develop a regional sensory assessment of this winemaking technique.
